Robert Clukey

I’ve spent most of my career in the door and window industry—and I’m proud to say it all started right here at Medallion. My first role with Medallion was loading trucks back in 1984. After owning my own door and millwork company for 17 years, I returned to Medallion and have now been back for over 15 years—bringing my total time with the company to more than two decades.

My journey began in my family’s building business in 1981, and since then I’ve worked in nearly every area of the business, including delivery, manufacturing, operations, purchasing, and sales. This broad experience helps me understand every step of the process and better serve my customers.

I specialize in supporting smaller local builders, though I work with all types of clients—from production and multi-family builders to commercial projects and remodelers. My philosophy is simple: Be a true partner. I take pride in managing my customers’ door and window needs so they can focus on growing their business. Dependable service and fair pricing are the foundation of every relationship I build.

Known for my deep product knowledge and willingness to help others, I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned—whether it’s solving a technical challenge or offering personal advice to a teammate.
Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, hunting, and the occasional round of golf. A fun fact: my wife and I met through the door business over 30 years ago. We’ve been married for 32 years, have two daughters, and are proud grandparents to seven wonderful grandkids.
