With over 25 years of experience in the doors and millwork production industry, Heather has built a career rooted in dedication, hands-on learning, and a deep passion for the building trade. Beginning in sales support, she steadily advanced into her current role as Assistant Sales Manager, where she leads with a customer-first mindset, servant leadership, and a commitment to excellence.

Family is Heather’s top priority, and she cherishes time spent with loved ones. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors—especially the beach—reading, and caring for her dogs. A devoted animal lover, Heather finds joy and fulfillment in rescuing dogs and providing them with safe, loving homes.

As a leader, Heather is passionate about developing the next generation of employees. She often reminds new team members that success in this industry is a marathon, not a sprint—there’s much to learn, but with diligence and patience, growth and achievement will follow.
