Florencio Rosales

With nearly 25 years in manufacturing, Florencio brings extensive experience and a passion for continuous improvement. He spent 23 years with Milgard Windows and Doors, where he held multiple roles and developed a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles. Throughout his career, he has participated in more than 100 Kaizen events, always focused on strengthening teams and improving processes.

Since early 2025, Florencio has proudly served as Operations Manager at Medallion, where he helps turn customers’ dreams into reality—watching their vision of a home come to life through the exceptional doors, windows, and millwork the company provides. One of his greatest accomplishments has been mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders. A believer in servant leadership, Florencio is dedicated to going the extra mile to support his team. His philosophy is simple: Take care of your people, and they’ll take care of everything else.

Outside of work, Florencio has been happily married for 25 years and is a proud father of two grown children. His son, 25, is building his career, and his daughter, 20, is studying at the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!). He’s also an avid traveler with a personal goal of exploring a new country every year.
