Shawn Hansen

I started my career with Medallion in 1991 as a night loader. Over the years I’ve worked in purchasing, delivery support, and inside sales before moving into my current role as an outside sales rep. Today, I work with a wide range of customers—including commercial clients, remodelers, homeowners, and residential builders—and I truly value the relationships I’ve built and maintained through the decades. I’ve been doing this so long that I’m now supplying materials to the kids of some of my original customers. I appreciate the strong sense of teamwork at Medallion, which makes it possible to serve our customers with consistency and care.
I’m a proud University of Oregon graduate—though I like to say that’s what took me so long to finally start my career at Medallion. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, hunting, and vacationing with my family. Recently, we’ve spent time exploring both Europe and Alaska. My wife keeps me grounded and focused on what matters most, and together we’ve raised two wonderful children. At home, we share life with our two dogs, who keep things lively.
