Tim Miller

I joined Medallion in January 2025, bringing with me more than 30 years of experience in the window and door industry. My career in construction began at 19, rolling trusses on apartment buildings, and I soon moved into window sales, retail and wholesale, as well as installation. With experience in remodeling, new construction, window replacement, and commercial projects, I take pride in providing customers with practical solutions backed by decades of hands-on knowledge.

My philosophy is simple: Be available, accurate, and on time. I strive to empower both my team and my customers with the tools and information they need to succeed. My installation background gives me a unique understanding of project challenges and helps me recommend the right products for every budget and vision. Over the years, many of my customers have become lasting friends—a reflection of my belief that good business is built on genuine relationships and trust.

Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle that includes snow skiing, snowboarding, motorcycle riding (both enduro and street), and golf. Family is at the heart of my life—I’m a proud dad of two daughters, a grandfather to four grandchildren, and I share my home with a big, lovable dog named Veda.
