Willie Wilson

I joined Medallion in March 2024, bringing with me more than 25 years of experience in the building industry and over six years in sales. My career began in 1996 after completing my first enlistment in the U.S. Navy. I started in a door-hanging shop, eventually working my way up to Department Head before being recalled to active duty for two additional years of service.

Following my military career, I returned to construction, gaining a wide range of experience—from commercial sheet metal work to managing large-scale grocery store remodels across the U.S. and abroad. In 2008, I decided to focus locally and spent the next decade as a Project Manager in fire, flood, and trauma restoration. Those years gave me an opportunity to help people through difficult times and strengthened my passion for customer care. That same passion naturally led me into sales, where I’ve been able to use my knowledge to guide clients toward the best solutions for their needs.

My philosophy in sales is simple: I have to believe in the products I represent before recommending them. I take pride in building trust with my customers—many of whom become friends—and ensuring every project ends with a satisfied homeowner who is proud of the finished result. For me, the true reward is knowing that everyone involved wins, especially the end user.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with Julie, the love of my life, along with my daughter Abbie, her family, and my grandson, as well as my son Little Willie and our dog Courage. I love the outdoors—camping, riding quads and side-by-sides—and I build and compete with radio-controlled rock crawlers. Golf is another hobby of mine; I may not be the best at it, but I always have fun while I’m trying!
