Paul Surgeon

I’m Paul Surgeon, and I’ve spent the last seven of my 39 total years in the building industry helping Medallion’s customers bring their projects to life. My career began in 1986 on the shop floor cutting millwork packs, and those hands-on roots still shape the way I work today.

I specialize in high-end custom homes—though I enjoy pitching in on just about any project. Around the office, teammates know me for my vendor door knowledge and for always taking the time to listen first. That relationship-driven style has helped me build and keep a strong book of loyal clients, something I’m proud of every single day.

My guiding mantra is simple: Take care of my customers. If you’re new to sales, my advice is to be patient and stay committed; the rewards are worth the time it takes to build your book of business.

When I’m off the clock, you’ll probably find me golfing, fishing, camping with my wife, or thawing out on a warm tropical beach during the winter months. I also love the occasional poker tournament—skill level debatable!—and wherever we roam, our dog Clyde is right there in the mix.
