Kayla Warner

Kayla has been part of the Medallion team since 2018, beginning her career as a Service Assistant before growing into her current role as Service Manager. Known for her willingness to help and her dedication to customers, Kayla takes pride in delivering a level of service that goes beyond expectations. She believes in providing thoughtful, high-quality support that not only resolves issues but also builds lasting trust.

Her philosophy is simple: Always be yourself and never be afraid to ask questions. This approach has made her a strong leader, committed to helping her team grow while ensuring every customer receives attentive and personalized service.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys staying active and adventurous—riding dirt bikes, jet skiing, fishing, and capturing moments through photography. She also loves cooking, shopping, and spending time with her pets: Zeus, her English Lab; Lucy, her Pitbull; Pepper, her cat; and Gizmo, her mini horse.
