Andrea Mansfield

Andrea has been an integral part of Medallion for more than 31 years, beginning her career in 1994. After just one month, she found her calling in purchasing, where she continues to thrive today. Known for her patience, problem-solving skills, and dedication to teamwork, Andrea specializes in sourcing unexpected and unique products while staying current with the latest offerings in the market. She values strong vendor relationships and believes that asking questions is the key to gaining knowledge and finding solutions.

Within the Medallion team, Andrea is recognized as someone who can be counted on for guidance, support, and collaboration. She credits much of her success to persistence—never giving up until an answer or resolution is found. Andrea values time spent with colleagues outside of work and looks back fondly on the memories of our founder Norm Tshcida, who continues to inspire her determination and leadership

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys the outdoors—whether it’s the beach, desert, or mountains—as well as gardening, baking, and staying active. She’s a devoted college football fan who never misses ESPN’s College GameDay in the fall, and she especially loves the holiday season (Christmas gift-wrapping included!). Married to her husband, Mark, for 25 years, Andrea is also a proud mom to her son, Mason, and dog-mom to a two-year-old yellow lab named Kirby. Together, they enjoy spending time with family and friends on the Oregon Coast and in Central Oregon.
