Perched on the highest mountaintop in Portland, this stunning 7,000 square-foot, multi-million-dollar custom home commands a breathtaking 200-degree westward view. Medallion was privileged to supply a comprehensive package of Marvin Modern and Signature Clad Fiberglass Windows, crucial for achieving the home’s intended very modern aesthetic. The project features several signature design elements, including a magnificent 5-foot by 10-foot walnut pivot door with a metal inlay, a single sidelight, and a massive 30-foot by 12-foot custom motorized multi-slide door that seamlessly connects the interior and exterior spaces. Additional custom millwork, such as floating barn doors, custom floating shelves, hidden doors, and a custom walnut handrail, reinforces the luxurious, detail-oriented design. Successfully completed in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, this project stands as a testament to the seamless collaboration required to deliver visionary architecture under challenging circumstances.
