I’ve been a part of Medallion Industries for over 32 years, starting in 1993. My career began in the door shop at Hillsdale Sash & Door, where I developed the hands-on expertise that continues to guide my work today. Over the years, I’ve become a trusted specialist in high-end custom homes, helping customers make selections for windows, scenic doors, and complete trim packages.

I’m known for my deep product knowledge, clear communication, and ability to create memorable client experiences. My philosophy is simple: Make people happy. I strive to empower clients by helping them make informed decisions—building not just homes, but confidence and trust.

My success comes from being genuine, collaborative, and committed to helping people create spaces that reflect their vision. One of my proudest moments was when a homeowner told me, “Every time I come home, it feels like I’m coming home to a resort.” That sentiment perfectly captures what I love most: turning dreams into reality.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, hunting, and traveling with my wife, Andrea. We also look forward to walking our yellow lab, Kirby, every evening. My advice to new team members is simple: be yourself—and kill people with kindness.
